This guy really enlightened me a lot.

Whenever he talk to me, he’d never use the word “income”, but “CASHFLOW”. As per his idea, income seems to imply some level of work or activity involved, and one of the central themes of everything you’ll learn from him, is one of the keys to riches is actually having others to do the work for you.

By the way, JOB is just an acronym for ‘Just Over Broke’, as a refresher for you…

Here is what he’d told me. Most people rely solely on their JOB for their cashflow. Having a normal job, whether it’s in your own business or someone else’s, severly limits your CASHFLOW capabilities. Here’s why…

It’s only possible to work so many hours per day and make so many dollars per hour for your own personal labor. So a paycheck can only be for the number of hours you’ve worked multiplied by your hourly rate.

Yes, there are a handful of people on the planet who take home millions dollar plus pay packets, but they’ve almost always already served 20 so years at normal wage levels and secondly, if they stopped working tomorrow, the paycheck stops.

So, we need to look for another method of bringing in massive amounts of CASHFLOW.

There is only one tool I recommend you use for creating CASHFLOW in your life… YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

Beyond WEALTH lies RICH…

RICH usually comes through only one thing; paper assets. This time I want you to truly understand one simple fact; the RICHER you are, the less you pay for.

To be RICH, you need to have 2 things that will allow you to produce the third. You need a rather large CASHFLOW, and a solid PHYSICAL ASSET base.

These 2 things combined allow you to create the 3rd part of getting RICH… PAPER ASSETS.

What then are paper assets?

They are things like shares, contracts, licenses, royalties and franchise documentation. Share floats are one of the best paper assets because you get to choose how many shares you get to keep.

  And what is your cost for a paper asses? Generally ZERO. That’s the beauty of it - it usually cost you nothing.

MAKE SENSE RIGHT?

Wealth is all about physical assets. And The Number One physical asset you can have is PROPERTY. But let’s 1st consider what I believe an asset to be. This may shock you.

Assets MUST have both CAPITAL GROWTH and INCOME. If they don’t the they are not assets.

Don’t buy property first if you want to become wealthy, build passive income. Otherwise you’re likely to become ASSET RICH and CASH POOR.

Main goal in your financial growth is called WEALTHY. Today’s world, millionaire are wealthy, not rich. Huh? you must be thinking, what the hell I am talking about?

Well, rich mean you have a lot of money. You see, WEALTH comes only when you not only have PASSIVE income, but also assets to back it up. Wealth come when you have a steady long term PASSIVE income with also the steadiness of PHYSICAL ASSET GROWTH.

Most people go about this wrong way and try to build ASSETS before the build passive income. They think they should invest inreal estate before they have developed passive income. They think they can jump steps and wonder why the stumble. The only way you can get your passive income is business, and guess what? You dont do it by building business, but by selling business.

You know you’re moving towards your goal and you’re hardworking to create wealth, goal of having for example, $2,000, $5,000 or even $10,000 a month in PASSIVE income can be achieved in about 3 years if you’re quick, five or seven years if you’re not, and 1 or 2 year longer if you’re currently deeply in debt.

You see, waiting until 65 or 55 is crazy. You can easily reach this goal in 3 to 7 years if only you know how. Most people are very happy with this level of wealth. If you are… that’s great. But you’re about to get a very rude shock when Stephen and Dr. Bob show you how easy it is to move to the levels above this.

There are so many different ways to make it - so many different ways which you can reap it.

Congratulations on getting the precious information here. You are about to get wealthy quick! So, the 1st step is to invest in the knowledge, the 2nd is to absorb the knowledge, and the most important step is to take ACTION!

Wealth is much easier than most would realize. In fact, we really need to define the word ‘wealth’ before we go on.

Most people’s relationship with money is — not having enough. Most people live a ‘paycheck to paycheck’ existence, and use this month’s paycheck to pay off last month’s bills.

Paycheck, no matter how big, cannot be defined as wealth. And the mistake other people having is, to get a bigger paycheck or salary for getting wealthier. And more than 95% of the population’s mindset is like that.

The 1st stage in you mind for wealth is to get yourself to a stage where you’ve made not enough investment over time to give you what I call ‘PASSIVE’ income, rather than a paycheck. In other words, your investment and business whether you work or not.
